Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Some products are fulfilled in-house (like select brewery merch) and ship directly from our taproom. Others are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner (Printify) and may ship from different locations.
Fulfillment Times

In-house merch: usually ships within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Printify products: typically fulfilled and shipped within 5–10 business days, depending on the product and demand.
Pre-Orders

From time to time, we offer pre-order items that are not yet in stock.

Pre-orders will ship on or shortly after the announced release date. Please check the product page for specific launch timelines.

If you order pre-order items along with ready-to-ship items, your order may be split into multiple shipments so you don’t have to wait.

Shipping timelines for pre-orders are estimates and subject to change, but we’ll keep you updated by email if anything shifts.
Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.

Orders may arrive in separate packages if you ordered both in-house merch, Printify items, and/or pre-orders.

We use standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on the fulfillment location).
Delivery Estimates

U.S. orders generally arrive within 5–12 business days after fulfillment.

International orders may take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and local delivery services.

Tracking

Delays & Issues

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
